Great location—close to SeaWorld and Disney. The beautiful pool area and the market for breakfast were fantastic, though the staff seemed a bit disorganized at times. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, showcasing a cozy bed and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the daily activities but hitting the timeshare sales presentation was a drag; it ran way longer than promised. Receiving an upgrade request denial at check-in was disappointing, especially after their prior communication. Still, the experience had its highlights, especially the turtles swimming in the lake behind the pool.

I was really disappointed with my room. The kitchenette was tiny and nothing like the pictures. Plus, the lighting was so dim that I had to rearrange things just to see my food. Definitely not what I expected!

The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The pool area is great for kids and we saw some wild turtles while relaxing.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but the experience made it worth it.

I felt like I was in a tropical paradise with the beautiful pools, activities, and delicious cocktails at Coral Reef Bar & Grill. Had a blast relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
Was really looking forward to admiring the exquisite views from my room. Oh wait, I didn't have any!

The apartment is huge and feels like a small castle. The pool area is lovely and the ceiling fan is a breeze of fresh air.

The balcony added an enjoyable outdoor space. the bed creaked with every movement, indicating it might need replacing. Lighting in the kitchenette was inadequate, making cooking tasks difficult. Noise was minimal, contributing to a comfortable stay. The bathroom’s tub was relaxing, but a grab rail would enhance safety. the space offered great amenities, but some maintenance could improve the experience.

Staff were polite and genuinely helpful, which enhanced the experience. the patio's proximity to Central Parkway Drive was a concern. Traffic noise at night was intrusive. Installation of soundproof windows and doors could address this. Knowledge of SeaWorld perks was lacking; I had to resolve issues myself. A more informed concierge service is essential. Minor annoyances, like a noisy bedroom and cleanliness concerns in the dishwasher must be addressed. For the price and location, this place has real potential. I'd return but hope for improvements.

I had a blast exploring the area around the hotel since it's just a short walk to a ton of attractions like SeaWorld and Aquatica, plus some great restaurants like Bonefish Grill and Lakeside Panini, making it easy to fill my days with adventure and delicious food while enjoying the beautiful landscaping and nice pools on the property; however, the air conditioning in my room could use better control since it felt a bit hot at times, but the staff were friendly and quick to help resolve any issues I had.

One of the highlights was the dining table where we could enjoy meals together as a family. The room also had garden furniture on the terrace, adding a nice touch to our outdoor relaxation time. The availability of free toiletries was a nice touch and the well-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils made it easy for us to prepare our own meals when we didn't feel like dining out. I also liked the presence of an am/fm alarm clock, which helped us stay punctual for our planned activities. The curtains in the room effectively blocked out the light, ensuring a sound sleep. there were areas that needed improvement. For example, the laundry facility could have been more easily accessible or better advertised. we would have appreciated more assistance with tours and ticket bookings to make our vacation planning smoother. our stay at Grand Vacations was enjoyable, with the room amenities enhancing our comfort and convenience.

Choosing Hilton for its proximity to SeaWorld was a fantastic decision. The free shuttle service to SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Universal Studios made exploring the area so convenient. The Coral Reef Bar & Grille's relaxed atmosphere was perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Limited deli hours inconvenienced us.

The pools and hot tubs were amazing, and the grounds were beautiful. The spacious suite with a full kitchen and balcony was a great bonus. being so close to Seaworld and having convenient stores and restaurants nearby made our trip even more enjoyable.
The noise from construction and thin walls were major drawbacks. It was hard to get a good night's rest with all the commotion.

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, with spacious rooms that can comfortably accommodate a family of four or five. The resort has multiple heated pools and jacuzzis, which are open until 10pm with lights on. The amenities are great, including a pool bar, Starbucks, and a perfect location near amusement parks. The staff is attentive and gracious, making it a wonderful choice for a family vacation.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The kitchen had food stuck on the cabinets and counter, and the dishwasher didn't work properly.

we had a wonderful stay at hilton. the room was comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchenette and a cozy bathroom with great water pressure. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location next to sea world, aquatica, and discovery cove was very convenient. the resort grounds were beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool and spa. the free laundry machines and great movies by the pool at night were nice bonuses. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
